JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Capability Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead operational business requirements and technology needs, ensuring optimal design and delivery within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational business requirements to enhance product delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with technology solutions.
  • Drive stakeholder discussions to capture requirements and ensure alignment among internal partners.
  • Manage timelines and schedules for product requirements, ensuring operational readiness during implementations.
  • Support the translation of capabilities into actionable features and products.
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Skills

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, managed care, or health insurance data analysis.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive performance in a matrixed environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in developing program artifacts such as use cases and project plans.
  • Familiarity with enterprise clinical services and process design.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to hold individuals accountable.
  • Experience writing detailed requirements and conducting user needs research.
