We are seeking a skilled Technical Designer to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the fit and comfort of our products. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with design teams and contribute to the development of high-quality apparel.

Responsibilities

• Execute the technical design process from development to final fit, ensuring alignment with established quality standards.
• Analyze and evaluate garments to develop accurate fit specifications.
• Communicate fit requirements to vendors and factories, facilitating approvals and necessary adjustments.
• Monitor product quality and pricing, making adjustments as needed to maintain design integrity.
• Collaborate closely with design teams to meet design intent while adhering to fit and comfort standards.
• Direct and mentor junior technical design staff as needed.

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Fashion or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in technical design, specifically with intimates or apparel.
• Strong proficiency in technical specifications and garment fitting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with software tools such as Excel, Illustrator, and Flex PLM.
• Ability to provide detailed fit comments and create comprehensive tech packs.
• Demonstrated flexibility and problem-solving skills in dynamic settings.
