Join our team as a Sr. IT Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in leading test cycles and ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate integrated test cycles and user acceptance testing across multiple locations.
• Develop and manage comprehensive SAP test cases and scenarios.
• Oversee the testing team, ensuring they are well-trained and have the necessary system access.
• Monitor testing progress to ensure timely completion and track any defects, collaborating on resolution plans.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience with SAP S4/ECC and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in organizational change management.
• Familiarity with qTest and JIRA for project management and tracking purposes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
