We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Programs Operations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and activating event partnerships, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of program plans for select event partnerships.
- Design and implement operational systems to enhance partnership effectiveness.
- Oversee tracking and reporting for event partnership programs and strategic initiatives.
- Manage relationships with event partners, ensuring alignment with brand priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic guidance and best practices.
- Deliver training and support to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain strong communication with leadership, providing updates on key metrics and findings.
Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project or program management.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in program management tools such as Atlassian Suite or Asana.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with product and engineering teams.
- Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations effectively.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth projects in fast-paced environments.
