JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Service Desk Technician where you'll be the first point of contact for technical support and play a crucial role in ensuring seamless IT operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills and contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and efficient support for incidents and service requests using ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
  • Deliver remote support using company tools for desktop access.
  • Accurately log and prioritize tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting solutions and procedures.
  • Assist with account provisioning, password resets, and access requests.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and participate in ongoing projects.

Skills

  • Over 4 years of experience in technical support with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in Windows 11 and Microsoft O365 end-user support.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, adaptable to different user skill levels.
  • Experience in hardware support and imaging for Dell and Mac laptops.
  • Basic network troubleshooting knowledge, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and VPN.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and EntraID.
  • Experience with JIRA and Windows Server.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and remote management tools.
  • CompTIA A+ and Net+ certifications are a plus.
