JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as an Infrastructure Analyst and work with cutting-edge technologies to support impactful projects. This role offers a collaborative environment where your skills will be valued and developed.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, deploy, and maintain site infrastructure including computers and printers.
  • Provide software support for various operating systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and manage Active Directory in complex settings.
  • Collaborate with support teams to ensure seamless client and business services.
  • Monitor and update dashboards for IT tickets and site vulnerabilities.

Skills

  • Proven experience in IT within manufacturing or similar environments.
  • Strong ability to configure and troubleshoot Microsoft PCs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Linux systems and Cisco VOIP support.
  • Knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
  • Ten years of IT experience is a plus.
