We are seeking a dynamic Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in visual merchandising and design. This position is integral to bringing our brand vision to life through creative design and photography.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and layout of visual guides, store communication tools, and presentation materials.
• Create visual mockups and 3D renderings to enhance in-store experiences.
• Collaborate on collateral and prop design for brand activations and product launches.
• Produce high-quality studio photography and photo retouching in line with brand standards.
• Translate merchandising strategies into engaging visual tools and assets.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Support production timelines while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and tools.
• Travel occasionally to support store shoots or brand projects.

Skills

• Proficiency in graphic design, photography, and 3D rendering, ideally in a retail environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and visual storytelling abilities.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with collaboration platforms like Figma.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and design trends.
• Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with high-volume production and print-ready mechanical files.
• Proactive mindset with a desire to innovate and improve processes.
