JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Project Coordinator, where you'll be instrumental in supporting technology infrastructure projects and ensuring their seamless execution across various facilities. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to collaborate and enhance your project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in evaluating and defining new project scope requirements for hardware installations.
  • Facilitate the procurement, configuration, and documentation of hardware devices.
  • Track and document project requirements, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
  • Coordinate with technology owners to gather necessary documentation and inputs.
  • Manage and update project tools, including Smartsheet and other documentation platforms.
  • Support project managers by maintaining and organizing project documentation.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both remote and in-person interactions.
  • Proficient in project management and administrative software such as Smartsheet, Slack, and Excel.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with network equipment, structured cabling, and power infrastructure technologies.
  • Experience with server and compute equipment, telephony, and surveillance systems.
  • Knowledge of retail technology including POS systems and wireless handheld devices.
