Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our team and lead our go-to-market initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful projects within a collaborative environment, focusing on enhancing client experiences and product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define digital capabilities and enhance client experiences.
• Develop and execute change management strategies for product launches.
• Support the creation and maintenance of user documentation and training materials.
• Engage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address stakeholder needs.
• Manage status reporting on business initiatives and communicate updates to leadership.
• Lead the evolution of internal digital resources to improve user adoption and satisfaction.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management or project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and eLearning tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Corporate or Commercial banking segments.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and self-driven approach.
• Ability to influence and drive alignment across various functions.
