JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll drive innovative product development and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences. This role offers a dynamic environment to manage the product lifecycle and influence product strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to identify and develop innovative products that meet user needs.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and document user stories and product specifications for successful implementation.
  • Drive Agile methodologies, including maintaining team backlogs and prioritizing features and user stories.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and development.
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of product management principles.
  • Technical fluency to engage in discussions about architectural concepts and technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas effectively.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to analyze data and present findings.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira and MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • A background in software engineering or data engineering is a plus.
