|Job ID 72237|Posted Oct 20, 2025Join our team as a Workday Consultant, where you'll design and implement seamless integrations within the Workday platform to enhance data flow across various business functions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical integration specifications.
- Design and develop integrations using Workday tools like Workday Studio and APIs.
- Configure, test, and deploy integration solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any integration-related issues, providing technical support as needed.
- Document integration designs, processes, and best practices for future use.
- Train internal resources on developed integrations to ensure smooth post-deployment support.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Workday integration consultant with a strong technical foundation.
- Expertise in Workday's integration tools and web services, including XML, JSON, SOAP, and REST.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in enterprise organizations and handling large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with HR and finance business functions.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and enhance integration processes.
