JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as an IT Configuration Engineer II, where you'll lead the charge in migrating and managing our development systems. This remote role offers a chance to work with innovative technologies and collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Execute tasks following established development standards and escalate issues as needed.
  • Troubleshoot application problems and report progress to project leads.
  • Lead the migration from TFS/Azure DevOps to Jira and manage Git repository conversions.
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure successful post-conversion testing.

Skills

  • Proficient with TFVC repositories and Git responses.
  • Experienced with the git-tfs open-source tool and Git LFS.
  • Familiar with Azure DevOps “Boards” service, including Work Items and Backlogs.
  • Strong knowledge of Jira and GitHub.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with TFS4JIRA integration.
  • Capable of handling complex assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills across diverse teams.
