Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee two critical projects within the MMIS program, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the EDW and EPMO components of the State of IL MMIS program.
- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to drive project success and resolve any issues promptly.
- Utilize your project management expertise to streamline processes and enhance overall project efficiency.
Skills
- 5-10 years of experience in MMIS and large DDI project management.
- 1-3 years of experience in EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience exceeding the required skill set, demonstrating advanced capabilities in project management.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry projects and initiatives.
