JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Principal Salesforce Solution & Platform Architect to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative Salesforce solutions that drive commercial excellence in a globally distributed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic technical advisor, enhancing Salesforce capabilities across the organization.
  • Collaborate with business and IT partners to define and implement best practices for scalable solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide hands-on technical assistance and mentorship to team members.
  • Conduct discovery and design sessions to gather and document business needs.
  • Support user acceptance testing and ensure business requirements are met.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues, partnering with stakeholders for resolution.
  • Participate in establishing best practices and tools to enhance team capabilities.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of experience with Salesforce architecture and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products, including Health Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Proven ability to manage complex technology deployments and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a customer-facing role providing software technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software application implementations using agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data management and analytics, along with integration tools.
  • Active Salesforce certifications or willingness to achieve relevant certifications.
