JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Project/Program Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing transportation operations and ensuring the successful completion of projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, managing key projects that drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and complete project/program tasks while ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of projects, including planning, execution, and reporting on progress to upper management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
  • Utilize data and metrics to drive project strategy and improvements.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on project status and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Lead and direct the work of team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in project or program management.
  • Strong ability to utilize data and metrics for decision-making.
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
  • Proven experience in working cross-functionally with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the transportation industry.
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications in project management.
  • Familiarity with AWS QuickSight or similar data visualization tools.
  • Prior experience with Amazon or similar corporate environments.
