JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Technical Governance Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development and execution of technical governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and enhancing our commitment to user privacy.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement technical governance controls focused on managing risks in AI/ML systems.
  • Develop and operationalize audit processes for AI models addressing privacy, security, and legal risks.
  • Maintain an AI Risk Register to identify and categorize risks across products and operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance technical governance controls.
  • Produce actionable reporting and dashboards for senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor global privacy regulations and ensure frameworks address new requirements.
  • Champion best practices in technical governance and foster a culture of accountability.

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in technical governance, model risk management, or auditing.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and their governance challenges.
  • Expertise in privacy and data protection frameworks relevant to AI/ML.
  • Ability to build and scale governance processes in a technology-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying privacy risks to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting global platforms or consumer-facing technologies.
  • Familiarity with model audit frameworks and compliance best practices.
