Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Core CRM to enhance marketing
- Optimize campaign objects and page layouts to support efficient operations.
- Lead initiatives for building integrations and enhancements within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with enterprise goals and platform requirements.
- Mentor and guide teams in Agile, DevOps, and Reliability practices, fostering continuous improvement.
Skills
- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform and CRM solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design complex systems and software integration patterns.
- Proficient in managing large-scale Salesforce projects and articulating complex concepts.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical documentation to high-level management.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
- Experience with Distributed Marketing within Salesforce Core CRM.
- Knowledge of Kafka topics, containerized Java applications, and enterprise integration services.
