Responsibilities

• Develop and refine packaging designs for various formats such as hangtags and labels.
• Ensure all design files are prepared for production with precise sizing and specifications.
• Work closely with internal teams to implement design updates and maintain brand standards.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Provide accurate measurements and annotations on all design mechanicals.

Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge of packaging production and print setup standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
• Effective time management and task prioritization in a busy environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail or eCommerce packaging design.
• Familiarity with current design trends in the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
• Problem-solving abilities to address design challenges effectively.
