We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to lead software delivery initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, manage user stories, and contribute to agile ceremonies in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution of software delivery, ensuring alignment with product vision and strategy.
• Define, prioritize, and manage team-level user stories, facilitating backlog refinement sessions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to manage product backlogs and review completed user stories.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and planning meetings.
• Engage in user sessions to understand software utilization and identify areas for improvement.

Skills

• Strong background in product management with 5-10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in agile methodologies, including experience as a Certified Scrum Product Owner.
• Effective communication skills to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
• Ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with generative AI and related technologies.
• Familiarity with data modeling structures and API integrations.
• Knowledge of advanced data visualization techniques.
• Passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
