JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as an Enablement Program Manager and play a key role in driving growth initiatives for community-focused programs. This remote position offers the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure success and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programs to empower Community Growth & Engagement teams.
  • Design and deliver onboarding and training sessions for global team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create tailored educational content for Community Managers.
  • Produce diverse training materials, including eLearning modules, guides, and videos.
  • Manage the content management system to maintain accessible and up-to-date resources.
  • Collect feedback from field teams to refine and enhance enablement strategies.

Skills

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute and optimize programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
  • Experience in training and development, especially in sales or community engagement contexts.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging educational content and training materials.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with content management systems and eLearning tools.
  • Ability to analyze feedback and adapt strategies accordingly.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
