Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programs to empower Community Growth & Engagement teams.
- Design and deliver onboarding and training sessions for global team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create tailored educational content for Community Managers.
- Produce diverse training materials, including eLearning modules, guides, and videos.
- Manage the content management system to maintain accessible and up-to-date resources.
- Collect feedback from field teams to refine and enhance enablement strategies.
Skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to execute and optimize programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
- Experience in training and development, especially in sales or community engagement contexts.
- Proficiency in creating engaging educational content and training materials.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with content management systems and eLearning tools.
- Ability to analyze feedback and adapt strategies accordingly.
