JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Data Engineer and play a crucial role in managing one of the world's largest and most complex data environments. This position offers the opportunity to develop cutting-edge analytic technologies that empower customers with timely and structured data access.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure for analytics and reporting.
  • Design and implement platforms using both third-party and in-house reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness by exploring source systems and data flows.
  • Drive improvements in data quality and usability through strategic decision-making support.

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with at least one modern programming language such as Python or Java.
  • Excellent analytical skills to translate business needs into technical data solutions.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration across technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, and others.
  • Familiarity with non-relational databases and data stores.
  • Experience preparing data for visualization tools like Tableau.
