Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure for analytics and reporting.
- Design and implement platforms using both third-party and in-house reporting tools.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness by exploring source systems and data flows.
- Drive improvements in data quality and usability through strategic decision-making support.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
- Proficiency in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with at least one modern programming language such as Python or Java.
- Excellent analytical skills to translate business needs into technical data solutions.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration across technical and business teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, and others.
- Familiarity with non-relational databases and data stores.
- Experience preparing data for visualization tools like Tableau.
