JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a .NET Developer, where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming digital engagement initiatives for a major health institute. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to lead and innovate within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of application and data transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver impactful solutions for public websites and internal applications.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to enhance the mission of a large health institute.
  • Adapt to a hybrid work model, with on-site presence required in Bethesda, MD, and Arlington office.

Skills

  • Proficiency in .NET Full Stack development, with a strong understanding of Microservices and containers.
  • Experience in back-end technologies such as C#, .NET, WCF, and Entity Framework.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure SQL and experience with automated unit testing.
  • Ability to work independently and provide guidance to team members.
  • Eligibility for U.S. Government Clearance – public trust.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, or SharePoint Online.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Data Lake storage.
  • Understanding of JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
