JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Sr. Brand Designer, where you'll lead design initiatives and drive brand innovation in a collaborative and creative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a design strategy that aligns with brand objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a talented design team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence across all brand touchpoints.
  • Oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Advocate for user-centered design practices within the organization.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and develop long-term design programs that enhance brand value.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, design research, or design management.
  • At least 7 years of experience in brand design across diverse industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a passion for creative expression.
  • Proven track record in building and nurturing iconic consumer brands.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced degree in Design or Business Strategy.
  • Experience with product commercialization and driving products from conception to launch.
  • Ability to think strategically and evaluate new opportunities for business growth.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.
