JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as an IT Project Manager, where you'll lead and deliver exceptional solutions for a global IT M&A team. This remote opportunity allows you to collaborate with diverse teams and drive projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, execution, and support phases to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets effectively.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams and third-party implementors to achieve project milestones.
  • Facilitate collaboration across functions to swiftly address and resolve issues.
  • Monitor project progress, escalating concerns to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Conduct quality reviews and implement improvements based on lessons learned.
  • Manage project budget and schedule commitments, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Provide leadership to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Skills

  • 8+ years of IT project management experience within large organizations.
  • Expertise in managing application-side projects.
  • Completion of a 4-year degree is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage project plans, schedules, and budgets efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Project and Portfolio Management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in change management and risk management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical terms into business language.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on emotional intelligence and situational leadership.
