JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Analyst to join our Clinical Quality Analytics team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to impactful healthcare data analysis that supports quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze clinical data to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor clinical performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators.
  • Support clinical quality initiatives, including HEDIS® reporting and member outreach.
  • Perform cohort analysis, risk stratification, and predictive analytics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Translate complex data insights into clear presentations for non-technical audiences.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Science, Nursing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in healthcare data analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL, SAS, SnowSQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Python or R.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare quality metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with clinical data standards such as ICD-10, CPT, and LOINC.
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
