JOB DESCRIPTION

Join an innovative team as an Adobe CDP Consultant, where your expertise will drive client success in customer data strategies. This remote role offers the chance to make a significant impact while collaborating with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Adobe Real-Time CDP and other customer data platform solutions.
  • Conduct interviews with stakeholders to collect business requirements and translate them into actionable customer data platform use cases.
  • Work closely with clients to develop a strategic roadmap focused on customer data activation.
  • Provide hands-on support and training to clients for effective platform utilization.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects to document scalable CDP implementations tailored to client needs.

Skills

  • Over 5 years of experience in marketing, consulting, or analytics.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an agency setting with strong client-facing skills.
  • Proven knowledge of customer data platforms and modern data infrastructure.
  • Practical experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP, including audience creation.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Adobe Tags and AEP WebSDK implementation.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Experience with marketing automation and A/B testing tools.
