JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Full Stack Developer, where you'll have the chance to lead important projects in a collaborative environment that values innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the quality assurance efforts, ensuring all testing activities align with quality objectives and deadlines.
  • Oversee the delivery of global testing services, coordinating on-shore and offshore resources efficiently.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies to support the QA Group’s growth plan.
  • Ensure compliance with QA Group's quality standards and testing methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and enhance overall quality.

Skills

  • 2-6 years of experience in software development, with expertise in JAVA/Spring Boot.
  • Proficiency in Oracle DB and AWS technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Angular and IBM MQ Series.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
