Join our team as a Product Owner and lead the charge in integrating our HRIS platform. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment with enterprise goals and data governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Transform product vision into actionable tasks and manage the product backlog effectively.
• Create and oversee detailed user stories for API and streaming workflow development.
• Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with platform architecture and data lineage.
• Document data lineage for traceability and compliance purposes.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demonstrations.
• Coordinate dependencies across Agile Release Trains and work with external vendors for integrations.
• Participate in release activities as required.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years in product ownership or enterprise application integration.
• Proven experience in writing technical stories for Java-based APIs, Kafka streaming, and data transformation pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data lineage across various processing layers.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or Alight.
• Experience with cloud-native environments like AWS or Azure, and platforms like Fineos.
