|Job ID 72199|Posted Oct 15, 2025Join our team as a Product Owner and lead the charge in integrating our HRIS platform. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment with enterprise goals and data governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Transform product vision into actionable tasks and manage the product backlog effectively.
- Create and oversee detailed user stories for API and streaming workflow development.
- Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with platform architecture and data lineage.
- Document data lineage for traceability and compliance purposes.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demonstrations.
- Coordinate dependencies across Agile Release Trains and work with external vendors for integrations.
- Participate in release activities as required.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years in product ownership or enterprise application integration.
- Proven experience in writing technical stories for Java-based APIs, Kafka streaming, and data transformation pipelines.
- Strong understanding of data lineage across various processing layers.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or Alight.
- Experience with cloud-native environments like AWS or Azure, and platforms like Fineos.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Collaborative team mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
