JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as an Operations Consultant where you'll play a crucial role in managing proposals and ensuring efficient processing of agent materials. This position offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations utilizing Microsoft Office and Salesforce to enhance team productivity.
  • Manage and track Request for Proposals (RFPs) ensuring compliance and completeness.
  • Coordinate and verify agent licensing and compliance requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to agent inquiries and collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Assist with special projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • High sense of urgency and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the Life Insurance or Financial Services industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and web-based tracking tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
