JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to programs that connect our Community Team to key business initiatives while supporting our Hosts worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with program strategy.
  • Create and maintain schedules, timelines, and budgets for various programs.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings, documenting notes and tracking action items.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare comprehensive status reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize internal processes and tools.
  • Foster a positive team culture by organizing internal programs and initiatives.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Airtable or Asana.
  • Experience in budget tracking and vendor management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with a proactive approach.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
