JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Marketing Analyst, Audience Operations, where you'll leverage your expertise in digital advertising to drive impactful audience strategies. This role offers a dynamic environment to innovate and collaborate, utilizing a rich dataset to enhance our retail media network.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and activate custom audience segments to optimize brand partner reach.
  • Analyze audience performance and provide insights to refine future strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on audience targeting strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing and utilize analytics to inform audience development and maximize engagement.
  • Stay updated on consumer trends and incorporate best practices to enhance audience impact.

Skills

  • Proficiency in creating custom audiences using first-party data.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business objectives into audience strategies.
  • Experience in using AdTech and MarTech tools for audience activation.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with tools like LiveRamp, SAS CRM Management, or Adobe CDP.
  • Background in digital media metrics and data segmentation.
  • Strong experience in customer insights and analytics.
