Responsibilities
- Manage client and account maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all processes.
- Perform reconciliation of trust accounts and DDA, including cash and fee processing.
- Oversee account terminations and daily net settlement activities.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide training, quality assurance, and project support to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity within the account administration system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the Personal Trust Services (PTS) book of business.
Skills
- Proven experience in trust operations, with a strong understanding of account management.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in system processing functions and operational support tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with FIS/Charlotte or similar trust systems.
- Background in financial services or banking, particularly in trust operations.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
