Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell and Azure Automation to optimize processes.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting support, resolving complex technical issues efficiently.
- Create and update standard operating procedures and conduct training programs for team members.
- Stay informed on technical developments related to collaboration tools, enhancing subject matter expertise.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering and support, including SharePoint and Teams.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Azure Automation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction.
- Experience with ITSM functions and processes, such as ServiceNow.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and solution governance.
- Experience with Microsoft AI solutions and diverse cloud technologies.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
