JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Senior Scrum Master and lead innovative projects to success from anywhere in the US. This remote role offers the chance to drive agile practices with a talented and diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging team meetings, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.
  • Guide the team in implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and resolve project obstacles by coordinating with the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure high-quality outcomes for all projects while adhering to corporate standards.
  • Provide strategic input to enhance organizational efficiency across various divisions.

Skills

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a formal Scrum Master role.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in larger, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven experience in managing full project lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in resource planning and strategic goal development.
  • Familiarity with matrix team management.
