JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Product Designer, where you'll lead the creation of consumer-facing experiences for digital platforms. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on customer journeys and agent engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Design personalized web templates and map customer flows to enhance financial decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment with design systems, accessibility standards, and brand direction.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver creative solutions.
  • Test and refine designs based on feedback and performance data.
  • Optimize the personalized web component library using component-driven design.
  • Support user acceptance testing and create presentation materials for showcases.

Skills

  • Proficiency in high-fidelity UI design and interaction design.
  • Strong skills in customer journey mapping, user flows, and wireframing.
  • Mastery of Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in CMS platform design with an understanding of constraints and opportunities.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and user research methods.
  • Ability to apply insights from user research to design.
