Responsibilities

• Design and refine Airtable systems to boost team productivity and adapt to business changes.
• Ensure data accuracy through consistent quality checks and reconciliations.
• Develop new interfaces and automations to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with teams to implement effective cross-functional workflows.
• Conduct training sessions to optimize Airtable usage among team members.
• Document best practices and procedures for Airtable use.
• Work with support and development teams to resolve technical issues and enhance features.
• Stay informed on platform updates and promote the adoption of new features.

Skills

• Proven experience in Airtable design and project management.
• Expertise in creating custom apps and interfaces within Airtable.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into practical Airtable designs.
• Solid understanding of database design principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to train and support team members on best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and experience with API integrations.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Familiarity with the No-Code/Low-Code ecosystem.
• Experience in customer success or onboarding for project management platforms.
