JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Agile delivery teams to drive key products and services forward in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of product initiatives, translating objectives into actionable deliverables.
  • Develop and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategy and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product objectives and maximize overall impact.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product features and user experience.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure timely delivery of product components.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to optimize team performance and product delivery.

Skills

  • Proven experience in a product management or ownership role, particularly in digital transformations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide strategic insights.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog management.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with cloud environments and modern software development practices.
  • Experience in the banking, fintech, or financial services sectors.
  • Knowledge of document management technologies and related compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
