|Job ID 72185|Posted Oct 14, 2025We are seeking a dynamic Lead Product Owner to join our team and take charge of driving our digital portal's testing strategy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and make a significant impact on our product's success.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the execution of the testing strategy for our online banking digital portal.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish a comprehensive test approach and rollout plan for new features.
- Design end-to-end test scenarios that reflect real customer journeys and ensure alignment on success criteria.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track testing progress, risks, and results.
- Advocate for a customer-first mindset, ensuring digital experiences meet usability and performance expectations.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and recommend process improvements for quality product delivery.
- Analyze opportunities for test automation and develop a robust framework for continuous integration.
Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a product role, with at least 5 years as a product owner or lead.
- Strong background in testing practices, UAT coordination, and test strategy development.
- Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Experience with Agile/Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in digital transformations within banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Familiarity with test data management tools and customer journey validation.
- Understanding of full stack architecture in cloud environments.
- Project management experience and certifications are a plus.
