JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our creative team as a Designer, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting innovative product designs that align with market trends and enhance style and fit. This dynamic position offers the chance to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop product designs that reflect the brand's vision and resonate with current market trends.
  • Work in collaboration with the Technical Design team to ensure prototypes meet fit and functional standards.
  • Conduct research in retail settings to draw inspiration from emerging trends and identify key materials and color schemes.
  • Assist in creating technical documents and specifications for the production of garments.
  • Contribute original design concepts and solutions under guidance.

Skills

  • Proficiency in CAD illustration and technical design, with a strong grasp of garment construction.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the fashion retail industry or related fields.
  • Familiarity with creating technical packs and garment specification processes.
  • Creative flair with a strong interest in fashion and design trends.
  • Adaptability to shifting project needs and priorities.
