JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Designer specializing in sleep and lounge wear, where creativity and attention to detail are key. This role offers a chance to innovate in product design while collaborating within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing product designs that align with the overall vision, focusing on style, color, fit, and fabric.
  • Coordinate design elements to ensure consistency and quality across new and existing product lines.
  • Sketch and prototype garments, emphasizing technical specifications and garment construction.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Participate in design reviews and integrate feedback into subsequent design iterations.

Skills

  • Proficient in CAD illustration and technical pack creation.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, particularly in sleep and lounge wear.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail with a passion for fashion design and innovation.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and market insights.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Background in retail, fashion, or eCommerce is advantageous.
