JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Production Readiness Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth transitions into production environments, focusing on supportability and value realization. This is an exciting opportunity to bridge business and IT functions while driving continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate initiatives to determine release readiness requirements for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various teams to define or update operational models.
  • Develop artifacts and job aids for monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Create support manuals and facilitate knowledge transfer to IT Production teams.
  • Monitor post-release stability and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Coordinate training and communication plans with business teams.
  • Lead project gating processes and manage readiness activities using Agile SAFe tools.

Skills

  • 7–8 years of experience in release management or production readiness across diverse environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present to leadership.
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate within a matrixed organization.
  • Experience with large integrated programs and process improvement.
  • Self-directed, results-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with AWS or development environments.
  • Experience using JIRA for managing readiness activities.
  • Background in project management and navigating ambiguity.
