Responsibilities
- Transform content from single-use formats to a reusable structure, ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms.
- Implement and promote the use of a comprehensive metadata framework to enhance content discoverability and reusability.
- Identify opportunities for content reuse to minimize duplication and streamline content management processes.
- Manage global content updates in response to customer requests, aligning with policy changes and maintaining service level agreements.
- Edit and proofread various content types for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Conduct quality control audits to ensure consistency and high standards across all content.
Skills
- Proven experience in content editing and operations, with a strong focus on transforming and managing complex content structures.
- Expertise in metadata frameworks and content taxonomy to enhance content organization and accessibility.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality and consistency in content.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI applications in content management is a plus.
