Join our team as a Lead Art Director, where you'll spearhead creative projects and craft impactful video deliverables that captivate and engage audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision and direction for video projects, transforming ideas into compelling visual narratives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals, key messages, and target audiences.
• Develop and maintain the visual style, including color schemes, typography, and aesthetics.
• Guide and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and high-quality outcomes.
• Create and oversee storyboards and animatics to effectively visualize project narratives.
• Provide constructive feedback throughout production phases to uphold creative excellence.
• Coordinate with project managers to align creative milestones with timelines and deliverables.

Skills

• Over six years of experience in art direction, visual design, or creative leadership, particularly in video or digital storytelling.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, design excellence, and cinematic sensibility.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams, ensuring alignment with project vision and goals.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into clear creative directions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in consulting or agency environments.
• Strong understanding of composition and pacing for short-form video content.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging visuals.
