We are seeking a creative and visionary Art Director to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on delivering high-impact video content and visual storytelling, offering a unique opportunity to shape engaging experiences for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative concept and visual direction for video projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual narratives and maintain brand consistency.
• Direct and provide feedback to designers, animators, and editors throughout the production process.
• Create storyboards and style frames to effectively communicate the narrative flow and visual style.
• Oversee the production phases, ensuring high-quality creative output and adherence to timelines.
• Translate complex ideas into visually engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in art direction, visual design, or creative leadership, particularly in video and digital storytelling.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and design excellence.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating strategic goals into clear creative direction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in creating short-form content with a strong understanding of composition and pacing.
• Proficiency in motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with project management tools to align creative milestones with deliverables.
• Passion for visual storytelling and a commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment.
