JOB DESCRIPTION

Join an innovative team as a Senior Software Engineering Lead, guiding cloud architecture projects and mentoring talented engineers to create secure, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement efficient cloud architectures with a focus on security and scalability.
  • Develop and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of senior cloud developers and engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure and security alignment.
  • Optimize cloud costs through strategic monitoring and architectural improvements.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support critical cloud operations.
  • Document best practices and reference architectures for cloud adoption.
  • Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and suggest enhancements.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in cloud environments, particularly Azure and/or GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security, governance, and cost management.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities in guiding engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with multi-cloud environment integration.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management systems.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, containerized workloads, or serverless architectures.
