JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor a team of engineers, fostering their professional growth and success.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and cultivate a positive team culture.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure project execution meets high standards.
  • Enhance engineering processes and drive improvements to meet evolving needs.
  • Oversee the recruitment process to maintain a balanced and skilled team.
  • Track and evaluate team performance to ensure project success.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and technology training.

Skills

  • Proven leadership experience in software engineering with a track record of managing large projects.
  • Expertise in software development life cycle and strategic management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with engineers and executives.
  • Ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve high performance.
  • Proficiency in documenting work efforts and tracking project status.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with C++, C#, React Native, .NET, Javascript, and project management tools.
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Experience in fostering a strong work culture and high-efficiency teams.
