JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as an Indirect Sourcing Analyst where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing procurement processes and fostering supplier relationships to drive operational efficiencies and cost savings.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize sourcing processes to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Evaluate procurement systems and vendor agreements to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage requests for proposals and bidding processes to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to secure quality services and products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourced products and services with business needs.
  • Review and amend software and service renewals, ensuring compliance and favorable terms.
  • Develop and execute strategies for sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Conduct industry benchmark studies to ensure optimal quality and cost solutions.
  • Act as a liaison for new product launches, managing sourcing activities to meet project goals.

Skills

  • Proven experience in procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve disputes effectively.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across various organizational levels and functions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with software and service renewals management.
  • Familiarity with financial auditing and operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
