Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the platform operations, ensuring seamless integration of asset data.
• Work with IT teams to unify asset data from various sources.
• Create and maintain processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop automation processes for identity management and application configuration.
• Administer and troubleshoot daily operations of SaaS applications and identity processes.
• Ensure proper user administration, security, and data management for applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and operational efficiency.

Skills

• Expertise in configuring and managing platform operations.
• Strong knowledge of IT asset management and vulnerability assessment frameworks.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting data integration issues.
• Experience with Python and PowerShell for automation tasks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RESTful APIs for data extraction and integration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft office productivity tools.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
