Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the platform operations, ensuring seamless integration of asset data.
- Work with IT teams to unify asset data from various sources.
- Create and maintain processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop automation processes for identity management and application configuration.
- Administer and troubleshoot daily operations of SaaS applications and identity processes.
- Ensure proper user administration, security, and data management for applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and operational efficiency.
Skills
- Expertise in configuring and managing platform operations.
- Strong knowledge of IT asset management and vulnerability assessment frameworks.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting data integration issues.
- Experience with Python and PowerShell for automation tasks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with RESTful APIs for data extraction and integration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft office productivity tools.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
