Responsibilities
- Lead multiple IT projects through all phases, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs while managing risks and issues.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
- Conduct steering committee meetings and provide regular updates to executives and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Contribute to improving project management methodologies and best practices.
Skills
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects, with budgets exceeding $1M.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Expertise in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
- Ability to navigate and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Solid understanding of IT development lifecycles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
- Experience in the medical device or regulated industries.
- Advanced financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting.
- Skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.
