|Job ID 72151|Posted Oct 13, 2025We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Project Lead to oversee complex technology projects within a thriving medical device organization. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment while driving significant IT outcomes related to new product launches.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple IT projects through all phases, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while managing project resources and timelines.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align project objectives with business strategies.
- Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure project success.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and business analysts.
- Contribute to the enhancement of project management methodologies and best practices.
Skills
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder engagement.
- Deep understanding of IT development lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are advantageous.
- Experience in the medical device industry or regulated environments is a plus.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting.
